Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements from regional and global stakeholders, and provide technical solutions to business problems taking into consideration system capability, capacity, scope, and timelines
  • Document requirements and present recommendations to the Core Design Group for decision and prioritization
  • Execute system testing/regression testing to ensure the configuration build reflects the provided requirements
  • Maintain and update the regional technical backlog tracker, keep stakeholders apprised of progress on resolution
  • Manage and resolve logged issues from end users in the global ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • Manage semi-annual release activities for appointed modules, including making recommendations on optional release functionality, performing regression testing, managing and communicating release details to the business
  • Serve as regional HR department liaison to MIS/IT function for systems integration and reports.
  • Deliver end user education and knowledge management for HR Team
  • There may be a need to travel occasionally outside the usual job location to attend workshops and/or provide additional training and support

Overview

Hexagon Capability Centre India is looking for an experienced HRIS Digital Transformation Consultant to join its HR team.  In this exciting position, you will be a key resource in leading and overseeing the daily administration of the HRIS, being responsible for maintenance, optimizations, operation, and ongoing end-user support. To be successful you should have previous technical configuration and/or system administration experience with SAP SuccessFactors and familiarity with HR best practices. From a personal perspective demonstrating strong consultative skills, written communications skills, and excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to interact effectively with the team around you. 

The work location is Hyderabad. This role can operate in a Hybrid model (A few days per week of WFH and the rest in the office)

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent by experience)
  • 7 to 9 years of relevant experience
  • In depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors – ideally with the Employee Central (including Time Off) and one or more of the following modules: Reporting (People Analytics and/or legacy reporting tool), Compensation (including Variable Pay), Performance and Continuous Performance Management, Onboarding/Offboarding, Learning Management, Succession/Career Development
  • Project Management skills
  • Ability to interact with end users and other stakeholders
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a way the business will understand
  • Business Analyst mindset complimented by strong written communications skills, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Can-do attitude and proven track record of successful troubleshooting and problem-solving

 

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Experience in gathering and documenting requirements
  • Exposure to: Opportunity Marketplace, Workzone, Talent Intelligence Hub, Workforce Analytics
  • System testing experience
