Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a global team to support customers by troubleshooting and resolving technically complex support issues related to Jovix Material Readiness application
  • Maintain contact with customers in an effort to keep them updated on the progress toward resolutions of software related issues.
  • Accurately documents support activities and outcomes and maintain knowledge base.
  • Interact with solution development and ownership teams to investigate problems and to discuss and document design issues.
  • Adhere to customer service level objectives.
  • When needed, develop technical documents, instructions, and training materials.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical/ Civil)
  • 2+ years experience in project engineering, working with material management tools preferred
  • Experience in a customer support role is a plus
  • Experience with cloud systems administration a plus
  • Knowledge about Supply Chain Management

Overview

Hexagon Capability Center India is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to clients in resolving  complex support issues related to Jovix Material Readiness application. Support engineers are expected to exceed the expectations of support clients by maintaining a can-do attitude, resolving technical issues in a timely manner, providing diligent follow-up communication, and becoming subject matter experts for Hexagon products.
